Yesterday, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) put on display in the Federal Register a final rule with request for comments titled “Increased Federal Medical Assistance Percentage through the Affordable Care of 2010” (CMS-2327-FC.) This rule implements provisions of the Affordable Care Act on increased Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP), or matching, rates for certain Medicaid beneficiaries in states.

Audiobooks
In our previous newsletter, we discussed how eBooks can be used to generate passive income. An additional product that can easily be generated from the content in your eBook is an audiobook. An audiobook is a digital recording of a printed book which you download from the internet and then listen to on a computer or portable device, such as an iPod or mp3 player.
